「Wonderful stay. The staff was great and the room was very comfortable.」

「Not up to satisfaction. The tv only had 4 channels to watch. Lock on door failed ,they fix it but when I went to check out lock broken again which I told the woman at check out. If I didn't have the metal door stopper in use housekeeping was busting in my room. I didn't ask for them and I wasn't checking out till morning. I was napping when I heard the door pop open. Will definitely be rethinking coming back. 」

「I read a few reviews AFTER I reserved this hotel and then saw the star rating. I was worried, the reviews were correct, the front desk was great. There were so many complaints online, but our room was fabulous. Clean, comfy bed. The a/c ran great, shower pressure and temp was great. The patio door was a little dirty and curtain wouldn't close, but no biggie. Tv, microwave and fridge all worked. For me, worth the money for the stay and comfort!! 」

「There is only 4 channels on the tv,doorlock had to be repaired and stopped working again at checkout,if I didn't have the metal plate up to prevent door opening all the way housekeeping tried coming in and I didn't request them. So no pretty disappointed this time and charged a $50 deposit to. I took pictures before leaving my room. 」

「Clean room, friendly staff. I stay at this location often and the experience is wonderful each time we stay. The updates/upgrades recently made were needed and appreciate! 」

「Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well.」

「The room smelled like mildew and mold from a filthy AC. The floors made your feet black, the walls were splattered with old food and whatever else.. dirt, feces and blood, there was cockroaches, the bathroom door couldn’t close because it was warped from water damage. The hallway carpets were black and thick with various spilled substances, everywhere smelled like cigarette smoke. The lobby was covered in animal hair. Homeless people fighting in the parking lot. The people who live there...
