「Habitación limpia, ya se le nota los años al hotel pero sigue siendo una buena opción, muy bien ubicado, camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Había Valet Parking, Los cajones del estacionamiento están muy pequeños, creo que hay otro estacionamiento pero si logré quedar dentro del hotel. 」

「El aire funciona bien. No me aceptaron pago con tarjeta. Dispensador de agua sin agua y cafetera sin café. El agua no salió del todo caliente por ser regadera electrónica. La limpieza bien. No tiene mucha publicidad hacia la calle. Ubicación bien」

「Beautiful newer hotel, get ocean view room as balcony is wonderful. Does not have fridge in room which we missed. 」

「I have never in my life of travel experienced a staff as friendly and accommodating as the staff at the Ave Inn Hotel. If I could give them 10 stars I would. After I casually mentioned it was my wife's birthday, the staff bought her a birthday present. The hotel common areas and rooms were very, very, clean and attractive. Breakfast was reasonably priced and cooked to order by the chef on the spot. No reheating or stale items here. The beach is a short walk away we will return.」

「The 2 positives for this property are its extremely kind and caring staff plus the cleanliness. However, the property is 'tired' and needs remodeling; the noise level is constant from early morning salsa classes with groups arriving from cruise ships to blasting beach bands all afternoon into early evening, there is no quiet, anywhere. The pool is very busy and there is no beach sitting. The food is just satisfactory and thankfully there are many very good restaurants within walking distance....
