The hotel is new. They don’t have staff the first night we got there. There was no chef so there was no dinner. The second day there was no staff so I couldn’t get drinks by the pool. There was nobody there. I checked out two days early because it was so terrible. I don’t know if I trust Expedia anymore. This is the second trip I’ve taken the accommodations were not what they were said to be on their website. My trip was to the Philippines and I was told the hotel had three restaurants, and it only had one I am completely Dissatisfied with Expedia what they advertise it’s not true. Obviously they do not check the accommodations that they put on their website. They don’t verify anything. All they do is pass on the information that the hotel passes on to them.
