The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place to stay. It’s close to the historic and main area of town.

This property is on the edge of the Zona Historico and within easy walking distance of the Malecon and Plaza Machado. Many restaurants in the area. Just a fantastic place to stay. This was my 5th stay there!!

Yuck!

We were surprised by the ratings for this hotel. Dirty, dressers falling off the walls, no towels and when we asked for some we had to wait until the next day. No food service. Would not recommend!

Sweet little hotel near Olas Altas that is very walkable and extremely friendly. Basic rooms, but very comfortable. Beware there is no elevator if that is an issue for you. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Very good location, near both Olas Altas and the quieter shops and restaurants of the historic center. Hotel appears to be nearly new, and the staff members were present and pleasant. Floor always seemed to be covered with long hairs (not mine), even after an additional cleaning. And the air conditioner stopped cooling on my last full day of 3. Even so I'd stay there again!
