Our unit was managed by GPS Hospedajes Vacacionales. I could not get access to the property, they told me to see the administator who was not there for the 1st 6 days of our week there. "Hotel was great! Food was awesome. Staff was friendly and super accommodating. Hotel is big so there is some walking required. They have a pool that has a ramp which is great for people with disabilities. Restaurants do require reservations which are encouraged to do on the hotel app but it's a little difficult especially if you are traveling with many people with different room numbers, but food is well worth it. Beach is great. I love banda so for our party it was great to have the music playing. Over all would definitely recommend."
