The staff in the restaurant and pool side were amazing. Shout out to Jorge in the restaurant and Marco pool side. They both made our stay amazing. The rest of the staff were great as well. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Room was goid. It was a typical hotel style but did have a balcony which was great! Activities at pool were only explained in Spanish which was a huge negative. We would not stay here again due to the wait staff seeming to cater to Mexican guests. I would say don’t stay here unless you are Mexican or speak Spanish.

Room was clean. Great view. Staff was great. Friendly. Just way to nousy and busy. Way to many people. Food Lines were long and could never get a spot at the pool. If you want busy and a party hotel this is for you. Lots of familys. Which was nice. But just to busy for me. Location was great. But i would not stay here if you want a relaxing vacation.

The room needs more attention. It was very dusty and counters felt sticky. The sink around the inside corners had mold all around. One of the staff members stood out the most. She was so polite, courteous and very friendly. It was also nice that they exchange american dollars to pesos. They also great you at the door and make you feel welcomed. Would recommend

Room was cleaned daily but amenities were lacking. You practically have to beg for a towel and are only given the bare minimum, I was given 1 facial wash cloth upon request and they wouldn’t change it daily, even when following the guidelines to place towels in shower for a replacement. There is no room refrigerator, no coffee restocked. Pool is clean and heated. Beach area is small but accessible. There are no beach chairs or umbrellas. So you’re on your own there. I wouldn’t stay here again.

For the most part our stay was great! the rooms could be cleaned better but the food and amenities were great they have alot of parking which is a plus if you want something thats more quiet,this is not the place for you the bandas play in front of the beach all day which was a major plus for us

I liked that the room was clean and the ocean view was a plus! I did not like the our room was not ready when we got there even tho it was way after check in time around 4:30 pm and took another 45minutes to an hour for our room to be ready. Also did not like the fact that we were told we could not can not drink when you are in the pool when other people were drinking in the pool before.Another thing is when we tried to have breakfast in the outdoor patio the pigeons eat our food before us, we went inside afterwards but the outside kitchen was still cooking even tho a bunch of pigeons were around the food it was very unsafe and unhealthy.

I will start this out by saying the good - the rooms are clean, and it has a beautiful view. However, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is not fluent in Spanish. Most places I have gone in Mexico (all-inclusive, at least), at least work with you and try to understand when you speak broken Spanish or even English. However, that is not the case here. Even when you try to speak Spanish to the best of your ability the staff makes you feel judged and even gets quite rude with you. Never mind speaking English. This resort caters to Spanish speakers specifically. While we were there, we met maybe 3 other non-Spanish speaking couples. There is also nothing to do at the resort besides the pool. There are no bars, just the one main restaurant (where the food is not good, by the way), and the pool. Oh, and speaking of the pool, they allow people to save chairs starting as early as 6am. By the time the pool opens at 9 there is not a single chair available. The one time we got there early and saved chairs, by the time we came down, security had removed our belongings from them. We never saw them do this to anyone else, so that was frustrating. The pool is extremely loud with staff playing games with children over the speakers. Definitely not a good place to relax, but also not a good place to party. I truly recommend thinking twice about booking this resort. Skip Mazatlan as a whole and go somewhere else in Mexico, honestly.

The most non-inclusive all-inclusive we've been too. December 2025 Pros: Room was clean Quality of room service food was great House keeping staff was friendly Pools are heated Close to shopping Cons: Included drinks are super weak or bottom, bottom shelf Top shelf drinks (not included) are $7-$14 each Found mystery hair in the bed upon arrival No fitted sheets on mattress No frig in room so no cold drinks or leftovers You get your ice from a igloo cooler in the cafe downstairs Toilet wouldn't flush on day 2 "Hot water" in shower takes 2 minutes to reach luke warm Pool closes at 9pm (kicked us out at 8:53) Buffet food is not made fresh on-site All juices at buffet are from a bag Food selection super limited (2 day rotation) Out door seating was empty "You need a reservation" Wife wanted a veggie wrap from the cafe. "Extra" Wife wanted a piece of cheese in display case. "Extra" Room service? Not included. "That's extra" Band on the beach with snare drum, 2 trumpets, and tuba played for 5-6 hours per day on the beach. Hotel next for played booming bass until 1:30am Staff stated power washing pool deck at 6:30am T/W/Th All in all, we had a good time. It's Mexico after all. But do yourself a favorite a avoid this sad excuse for a resort hotel. Many locals recommended Centro Historico which we will be visiting next time.
