「Amazing hotel and staff! Everything was lovely: the breakfast at Toscana, the two gentleman at the Unique pool, the pools are amazing! There were a few staff that acted like they didn't want to be there, however everyone else was amazing and made up for those members of staff. I will definitely be returning here!」

「We came to this hotel not very happy because we had to pay for my 2 kids which I was told where not in my reservation although when i did my booking I put my 2 kids and their age Expedia told me I didn’t put them. It’s wasn’t true but because I had no time to check for any other place I had to pay 490€ extra. 「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「I enjoyed my stay here, even though it was very short. Just to sleep before an early morning flight. I really appreciated how they assisted me in arranging a taxi to the airport the night before my flight. And, since I’d be missing the included breakfast, they packed me a bagged breakfast/lunch of donuts, a sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water. Very kind of them and exceptional customer service.
