"We were able to get in the room early and it was lovely. There is a little store to buy necessities and drinks and a very nice bar which we had drinks at. Excellent btw. The room was spacious and had lots of amenities. Well worth it. The area around has a few very good restaurants and bars and plenty within a 10 minute walk."

"Arrived very late in the evening and had no issues - room was clean and welcoming. All the conveniences of home - Full Size Refrigerator, Stove, mini dishwasher everything except one thing - a USB charging port. I realize it's a bit trivial but with all the USB ports in my house and at other places I have stayed, I did not think to bring a power cube to plug into a regular outlet so I was bummed that I couldn't charge my phone. I would definitely stay here again. Located right next to Union Station - very convenient!"

"We had a one night stay and our room was great for 3 adults and 2 babies. The staff was amazing and accommodating. I wish the main entrance bar, coffee bar was open! Our room was literally right next to the tracks but the double panes windows blocked the sound! We had a kitchenette and it would have been nice to have papertowels and some cups but it was very clean and spacious! Will definitely stay again!"

"My problem was with hsving the shuttle fetch me from the airport. I couldn't get thru to th hotel, so ended up taking an uber. I explained the matter to the Gen Manager, who agreed to cover the cost of the Uber. I found the staff extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient; and the breakfast quite nice. Shuttle to the airport the next morning was perfect."
