「Check in was straightforward as I’d already paid. Room was very basic but clean and tidy. Shower, sink and toilet were all clean and there were plenty of towels. The large bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Tea and coffee were provided. All in all, a good stay. Thank you.」

「The room was spacious and clean but the air con didn’t work and the room was 27 degrees all night. There was basically no staff on hand and the ones that were there were overworked and not available for the most part. 「The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. 」
