I visited Nottingham with family and we had a good stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly upon arrival and our linen and room were clean. A few issues to report; my bathroom sink plug didn’t work, my mum’s shower didn’t work and my aunt’s room was quite far from the entrance so if you’re not very mobile this might be worth looking into.

Decent hotel. Good enough for a night stay. You have to pay for parking. Breakfast was very decent and filling. There is a Lidl just opposite which was convenient.

Room was clean with some very small exception and the staff were helpful and offered a discount due to this , I did not stay for breakfast but it smells great and parking was ok but the addition of £8 per night to park seems a bit much seeing as I already paid to stay with the hotel but overall experience was good.

I had a great stay at Best Western. The staff were brilliant, the room was perfect and my overall experience was great. The only thing that I feel needs improvement is the lift. Any time I used to go up to my room on the second floor the lift would clunk before reaching the level and doors opening. It left me a little bit worried that I could be stuck. Otherwise a really good experience and will use them again.

The room was clean but there were still traces of hair from the previous occupant, the staff was accommodating and even upgraded my room due to the lock not working correctly to enter the original room designated to me. parking was free and very close to the hotel which was a bonus.
