Staff were very welcoming and efficient. However whilst clean the bottom sheet had black marks on it but more importantly the bathroom sliding door needed rehanging as not opening and closing probably. Did let The Receptionist know.

Great spot. Minutes to the castle & restaurants, shopping, museums & pubs. 15 mins to train. Small but convenient parking lot. Food selection list was a bit shirt but it was excellent. Room was quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Shower / Bath were really great. Recommended!

Such amazing staff here! We'd love to return.

I was extremely impressed with the staff at this hotel. Everyone, from the night receptionist, the restaurant manager to the young woman serving breakfast. They were all courteous, friendly and really helpful. We loved the view from our rooms across Nottingham and enjoyed the breakfast after a good night's sleep.

Harts Hotel Gained a Repeat Visitor!

I stayed for just one night, but Harts is a place I'll definitely be going back to. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms modern and clean, the beds incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed every minute I was there.
