「Property was excellent for a family vacation. More then enough space for everyone, and was very clean. Not only was the property perfect but Adriana was an amazing host. She was very prompt with her responses and contacted me before, and during my stay to ensure I did not need anything. Would highly recommend. 」

「Great condo and excellent communication with the condo manager. It was a quiet area with good A/C so everyone slept well. It is a short walk to the pool and clubhouse. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Heavy traffic meant that is was 30 minutes to Universal and 20 minutes to most of the Disney parks. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The home was beautiful, super clean and convenient to WDW. The living/dining area did seem a bit cramped, but having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was fantastic. One suggestion would be to add more towel racks in the bathrooms and shelves in the showers.」

「This was a great location for us since we wanted to be close to the events center. Grocery shopping and food options nearby. The property was clean, roomy, and comfortable! The pool and commons areas were great. We were able to walk around the property in the evening; nice family vibe. Our host was kind and responsive. This space would be great for a family or group of friends traveling, too! 」

「Overall it was a decent vacation rental. The annoying parts were the complex check in process for both the property check in and then check in when driving up to the gate. For the check in process, it was a bit more annoying then the typical hotel check in. You have to go through another 5 steps at another website/system, almost had the property cancel on me on the day of check in because of missing documentation. The deposit is also annoying, they had extra charges so I had to call to get that...

「I didn't take pictures as I thought it was a good price, even though the home we were assigned was in poor condition. The carpets were stained everywhere, the dining room table had areas severely damaged (and covered by a pretty cutting board), the chairs were stained, and the beds were super uncomfortable (and squeaked badly). The worst part was that the home had german roaches. We kept all food (snacks) in the fridge so the bugs could not get to it. Was disappointed but the pool made up for...

「Everything was great except for the restaurant inside. If you are running a business in a resort style setting you need to be prepared to actor to large amounts of people and accommodate them in a timely manor. Waiting almost 1.5 hours for a breakfast order is insane. 」
