"Went to visit family. Was greeted by staff upon arrival and was checked in quickly. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom is nice and clean as well. Beds are super comfy. It was like we were sleeping on a cloud. Duvets should be clipped by the corners though, the duvet kept moving around clumping in the cover, but it’s manageable. It’s a hotel and they’re constantly changing and washing so it’s understandable. Your stay comes with breakfast but it was unavailable when I stayed so I’m unsure what they offer. Parking loops around the building and I loved it. I was able to see our vehicle from our window. The area was pretty safe though. Sheriffs would be outside at night patrolling sometimes also. Overall experience was excellent. Room and staff was good. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time i need to visit Memphis. "
