「Terrible experience. The main reason: the NOISE. There were multiple softball teams staying at this hotel for a championship tournament. The hotel did not enforce ANY common decency rules or any regulations during our 5-nights stay. Adults (and children, from very young through teenagers) were allowed to gather loudly EVERYWHERE, including room hallways, all day and night, hosting impromptu KARAOKE, well-past midnight on several nights. 「Front desk was nice but pretty much told us tough luck finding a luggage cart and with two little kids we had to make so many trips to get settled into our room. It wasnt clean, wrappers and trash on the floor, some brown powder in the sink, bath faucet was dripping the whole night. I really dont understand how they charge for breakfast, there are very very little options. No pancakes, waffles. Only toast and not very appetizing pastries. It is not worth the money we paid.」
