「Relax Inn was just what we wanted for a stay in Bryson City. It was small and cozy with everything we needed and obviously had been updated with a great shower, very comfortable bed, and great WIFI/TV service. We were within walking distance of downtown and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. If we'd had more time, we would definitely have made use of the rocking chairs outside our door while drinking coffee. We would definitely stay here again if and when in Bryson City.」

「After we turned off the AC it was probably the quietest hotel room we have ever stayed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower hot and refreshing.」

「Parking was easy and the AC did keep the room cool. Accommodations were comfortable and the balcony at back of room with the river right outside was very pleasant. Would stay again.」

「I booked here for the view of the river from the room, and it was amazing. The room was very spacious. However, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling away. You could see light all the way around the door. The eaves on the river side was rotten with missing parts that had fallen away. The toilet was so low it seemed like a daycare toilet. There was hair and a bug in the bath tub.」

「The Franklin Terrace was a great option for our stay in Franklin. The location to downtown is perfect and the owner/staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Would definitely come back and stay there again next time we are in town.」

「We had an amazing stay here. The location was beautiful and easy to find. The views were great-- the river in the back and the old train tracks in front (which would have been great for an industrial photo shoot of we had time). It was also central to everywhere we wanted to go near Cherokee and Bryson City. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful-- I accidentally left my portable charger while checking in and didn't realize until the end of my trip. Believe it or not, they still had it!!...
