"Loved the atmosphere, staff, amenities. We’ve stayed at Marriott’s, Hyatt’s, etc. All the same feel. This is a fun, unique, artistic piece of property. And the staff is fun, professional and very welcoming. I don’t care about a gym or pool. Great restaurant and bar facilities, too. Our room had a great view, was large, funky. Clean. "

"Hotel Tonnelle is beautiful with a great staff. The St. Charles street car is steps away from the entrance. We had a beautiful room on the 7th floor facing the street. The only complaint I have is the noise from other guests seemed loud from inside our room. Lots of banging and moving about throughout the night. On one night a group of teenage girls were running up and down the halls playing and screaming. We called the front desk and they took care of it. Overall I would stay again. "

"Property is clean and nice. Convenient location and affordable parking. Cons are that the walls are thin, pillows are flat ( and they dont seem to have firm pillows, I asked). Breakfast had a decent variety but wasn't great. The whole fruit was halfway spoiled, the eggs were cold (everyday), they kept running out of forks and syrup. I asked the attendant for more syrup and he said they were out for the day. How can you be out of syrup "for the day"? Were they expecting an overnight syrup shipment? Why were they rationing syrup?"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The heated pool was a standout and made relaxing any time of day incredibly enjoyable. The swim-up bar was amazing—great atmosphere and a perfect place to unwind. A special shoutout to Ryan at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. His warm attitude really set the tone for a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return."

"Room was clean, staff was noce and friendly, they have valet parking. Rooms very close to each other you can hear your neighbor talk. Fridge very noisy, elevators very small. Great location overall . "

"Check in was quick and easy. After that everything went down hill. Piss smell in stairwell. Guy passed out in front of his room from drugs or alcohol. Room was decent but had a closed up stale smell. Short of the story we left and found another room at the Quality Inn!"

"Clean room #105 Room was right on the front side on St Charles st. It was soooooooo noisy and loud Hard to sleep. The door has windows in it that let the street light shine in. Horrible light and noise. Didn’t realize there was no daily housekeeping! Burned out light bulb in the shower was reported but never addressed "
