「Staff was delightful and check in was efficient. We were greeted each evening of our stay by the young man at the front desk and he was very helpful during our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was always good, hot, and readily available.」

「There were some problems with our key cards but the staff fixed them with no issues. We were at the end of the hall on the first floor and the key card reader on the outside door right by our room was broke so we couldn’t use it. The rooms could use some upkeep with paint and furniture but the room was clean. The water pressure was terrible in the shower. 「When you check in make sure they have you accounted for your entire stay. My daughter had four nights stay with Expedia and Hampton only had her for three nights stay. Her card was charged for the four nights and had to convince the Hampton people she was right. They insisted she had to call Expedia about the matter. Not no but no way. They finally acknowledged that she was right. A customer should be given more acknowledgement up front and not have to completely keep explaining that they have...

「The breakfast was fair and we didn’t have any body soap. I spilled alittle bit of water on the carpet and I cleaned up up and the carpet was really dirty but it looked clean. The front of the building looks very nice but the side and back had trash all over and that’s where we walked our dog. I think for the price it was fine」
