「The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the beautiful receptionist spent time showing us a map of the area and pointed out all places of interest to visit. The hotel was immaculate as was our very spacious room which was cleaned daily by a lovely friendly cleaning lady who offered fresh sheets and towels if required. 「It was a little bumpy to start because ac does not operate the way we used to. We stay two nights with them and their staff was friendly. The lady checked us in even come up to help with our ac. Our room has a nice mattresses and has a nice ocean view. We moved to another ac hotel near cruise terminal last night and we regretted about it. The ac near the terminal has very old mattress. 「Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, viele Restaurants, in 1 Minute am Strand. Hervorzuheben ist das wirklich immerzu freundliche Personal. Wir hatten die erste Nacht ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße, an Schlaf war wegen der Lautstärke nicht zu denken. Wir konnten unser Zimmer unkomplziert und problemlos tauschen. Das Zimmer war nun in der Seitenstraße und um einiges leiser. Insgesamt ein tolles, sehr freundliches Hotel!」
