Rooms are big, huge single size beds are so comfortable, very clean overall, have many convenient stalls around the Hotel and is walking distance to train station. Will stay again if I go to Kyoto again.

The auto check in and out was very high tech and quite easy. The location is excellent as it's a short walk to buse stops train station. We had a double twin room, which is quite small but the beds are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is super small, but again very clean. We were out most of the day and used the space to rest so did not really mind much of the tiny space. For a boutique hotel, it's simple and serves its purpose for travellers. The staff is also exceptionally courteous.
