「good location to see northern light, we enjoy amazing light in front of the door , host maria and eivind are very friendly aslo the animals. the mountain and sea view make us relaxing and confortable. the kitchen was good for usto make our food. We and my son very enjoy staying these 2 days and make a lot of beautiful photos. we will come next time in summer and looking forward to seeing the host .」

「We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. The hotel staff at that time said they will help us with luggage when we checked out as we needed to...

「Hotel near to the city center and the view is perfect. Easy to access. Also the food and drink provide are excellent. Not sure if it is only happens on the room 301.The wifi signal is weak and sometimes even it linked to the WiFi but can't connect to the internet.」

「酒店前台很好，可以根据客人的喜好调整房间，想住高一点的话也能调。标准间有个别房间大，遇到了也可以调整。 酒店最好的是管早餐和简单的晚餐，如果不是必须要体验当地美食的话，酒店的两顿餐就可以解决了，早餐种类非常丰富，各种火腿，鸡蛋，还有特色鱼类食品，甜点饮料水果也不少。整体体验感还是很不错的。」

「Amazing experience, lovely cosy cabins with great facilities, superb views, we were lucky and got Northern Light shows both nights. Staff amazing, when the bus were expecting back to Tromso was cancelled, one of the lads there (Alex? Lad from Greece) on his day off, took us and our luggage back there FOC!! Lovely people, breakfast delivered to your cabin was a lovely touch. Great Sauna on site & the dinner we had one night in the Lapu (A big tent with a fire in the middle) was really nice & good...

「The location is quite far from city centre. But the staff are really nice and friendly, there's a shared pantry which you can cook inside. The heater is not warm enough on the first night, but the room soon heated up.」
