「設施完善」

「We arrived at 1.30pm and they let us checkin without extra cost. But they clean the room every fourth day. We stayed for 5d4n, but the room wasn’t cleaned, not even cleaning the trash. But we’re fine with it. There’s basically nothing in the room so make sure you bring the toothbrushes, slippers, kettle etc. The location is convenient. Most activity gather at the dock behind the hotel (5mins walk). But it’s kind of noisy at night as there are people at the restaurant or street downstairs...

「Great location and room specifically booked a room for the view. Quiet area with easy walking to town and restaurants. The roof deck is great to give you a lovely panorama of Tromso. The igloos seem expensive but would be great for a group to splurge」

「官網沒有告知熱水供應有限的問題。並且checking in時也沒告知熱水供應有限的事情。導致入住後才發現這項問題，在夜晚零度的時候洗澡到一半沒有供應洗澡熱水，這實在非常令人覺得困擾並且感到驚訝。 立即向櫃檯反應也只是回答30分鐘後就會再次提供熱水。 並沒有說明提供後，還能使用時間限度。也沒有任何方式可以了解現在到底會不會再次發生突然沒有熱水的問題。 櫃檯的解決方式只有提供另一個場地沖澡。但是詢問後，即便到另一個場地洗澡一樣會有這樣的問題。 未來任何人入住，都需要考量這樣的問題並且納入是否訂購該飯店的評估項目。」

「Hotel near to the city center and the view is perfect. Easy to access. Also the food and drink provide are excellent. Not sure if it is only happens on the room 301.The wifi signal is weak and sometimes even it linked to the WiFi but can't connect to the internet.」

「The room is spacious. However, it only offers 1 cup in total for each person. Making it difficult to separate brushing and drinking. Also, the room is dark in general. The toilet’s ventilation is poor. 」

「Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place」

「This hotel fully met my expectations. I mainly needed: 1. Close to activity meeting points – only an 8–9 minute walk. ​ 2. Cooking facilities – the kitchen has a wok and cooking pot, great for simple meals. ​ 3. Clean and tidy – the apartment was clean and tidy. Perfect stay! Also, guests who plan to cook in the apartment are recommended to bring cooking oil, salt and basic seasonings.」
