「Das Hotel ist sehr modern und trotzdem gemütlich auch das Zimmer war sauber, groß und hatte eine super Aussicht! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das super Frühstück!」

「Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking. Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM....

「太好了，坐機場巴士10分鐘就到了，櫃臺人員太客氣了，特羅姆瑟太好了，空氣好，很棒，與太太看到極光了，是晚上12點。櫃臺小姐幫忙很多，因我們到以色列機票被取消，由于以黎衝突，櫃臺小姐幫忙連絡，非常感謝。總之，很棒的旅程，5天4夜。」
