Location is good. If you can get a room with a view that is nice. After that things start to go down hill. Parking is limited and expensive if you get a spot. Service is OK at best for front desk. Service at the restaurant is awful and dinner there was terrible. There are much better hotels close by for same price range but better quality and service.

The rooms were nice. Our room overlooked the fjord so the view was beautiful! The included breakfasts were delicious and they offered selections for every taste. The hotel is close to the bus station and right in the center of town. Great choice!

The property is right by the ocean with stunning views of Tromsø. Their restaurant is amazing and has some of the best food we’ve tried in Norway. Strategically located close to stores, restaurants; points of interest and where many tours and activities depart from.
