The hotel is very well located with a view of the harbor and easy access to the downtown area. It's a great place to spend the night before flying out since it's close to the airport (well, most of Tromso is close to the airport. it's very small).

Wonderful hotel for a stay in Tromsø. Very clean, helpful staff, and in a prime location. Views from our room were spectacular - we spent an afternoon gazing out and reading our books. Plenty of breakfast options that set us up for the day. Super easy access to/from the airport as the Airport Express bus stops directly outside. Cannot fault this hotel, we'll definitely be back one day!

The hotel location is perfect for all the activities, there's taxi, bus ,boat or walk towards downtown. I like my hotel room is cozy & clean. And also the view it's waterfront, The staff were great friendly and they will respond to any question you have .The breakfast was very good a lot of choices hundreds.perhaps.If ever i will visit Tromso again I'll stay in the ssme hotel.

Location is good. If you can get a room with a view that is nice. After that things start to go down hill. Parking is limited and expensive if you get a spot. Service is OK at best for front desk. Service at the restaurant is awful and dinner there was terrible. There are much better hotels close by for same price range but better quality and service.
