Clean room and courteous staff. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was arrayed with wide range of continental and hot options too. We are especially thankful for accommodating our Gluten free diet very considerably. Thank you.

Excellent Hotel

Lovely hotel with a great location I stayed 5 night March 2025. The hotel is located downtown Tromsø within a short distance of “everything”. The check in was quick and efficient. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and a couple of chairs , a coffee table and a desk. Good WiFi excellent breakfast with so much to choose from. Another nice surprise was the evening meal buffet served in the hotel breakfast salon. All in all it was a wonder stay in an excellent hotel.

The hotel staff are professional and friendly.This hotel is located in the city centre nearby many of the attractions, point of interests and a bus ride from and to the airport. The room we stayed at was quiet and clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many options. We Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location.

This hotel is in a very central location and is great for transport, restaurants and shops. The room was very spacious and had a coffee making machine and kettle with tea and coffee supplied. The breakfast was good with lots of variety and included hot and cold options. The staff were helpful and friendly.
