food was excellent, we really enjoyed the whole experience it was clean, kind and helpful staff . a little be disappointed that the promised hot tub was closed and not in use - especially when that was one of the reasons for booking this hotel. location was brilliant the views lovely all in all an excellent choice to stay. I think that some of it was looking a bit tired but I'm guessing that it is being worked on.

As usual a great place to stay in Tromsø. With a magic Jacuzzi on the rooftop. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Always get the help and support I need when I stay there. And the free dinner is also a great extra treat.
