I loved the location, which was right by the pier and within walking distance to sights, shops, and restaurants. Parking garage was nice, but entry/ exit way was a nightmare. Room was small but enough for one night. Unfortunately, very noisy even at night.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. One thing to note, which is not on the hotel, is that the noise from outside did carry into the room, so earplugs are a good idea if you are a light sleeper. Luckily, the hotel has them at the desk! We would definitely consider staying here again!

The location was good. It is an older property, or looks as though it is. But the price is good for a basic hotel in a good location. I am Vegan as ordered by my doctor because I cannot take statins. There was very little for me at breakfast except salad items. I would have loved some cereal. There were no bathroom amenities except shower soap. We had already been in Scandinavia for over three weeks when we stayed there, so anything that I had brought from home was gone by then. But, the staff were very courteous, the price is readonable and overall, it is a good value.

The staff was absolutely amazing, very helpful and super nice. A big thank you to the staff who worked breakfast during my stay on the 31\5 who fixed breakfast for me even though I had mistaken the time when it closed. You should take care of them super service minded and really helpful 10/10 from me

Really helpful staff, could not do enough to help and support our stay. Reassurance and guidance as given when we had to order a really early taxi to collect us for our flight home. They even provided a packed lunch/food for the journey as we would be far to early to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel. Complimentary tea and coffee provided all day, with the added bonus of waffles in the late afternoon too. Lovely personal touch. Strongly recommend this quiet downtown hotel. Would definitely book again if I was heading to Tromso.
