「Nice hotel nice stay. Great hotel and facility」

「Good bay view and good happy hour」

「For our first time experiencing a Ryokan Onsen as a family of 4, we wanted to experience one of the best in Kurokawa. And Gekkoju does not disappoint! The room was beautiful and spacious with a lot included. The staff helping us was super friendly and accommodating. The service and food was amazing. The indoor and outdoor onsen that is private to our room was fantastic and personally we thought it was much better than hiking up to go to the prebooked outdoor sky terrace onsen, especially at...

「Good hospitality, nice view Nice hot springs」

「Perfect experience highly recommended flawless experience on everything」

「The hotel’s open air bath is opened to the forest. The greatest Onsen experience we had in our 11 days trip. The breakfast is great as well. The location of the hotel is remote, dinner in the restaurant is by advance reservation only. As we didn’t booked the dinner l, we have to drive 25 minutes to Taketa to have dinner.」

「Nice view, nice room, nice service, nice food. The hotel is surrounded by very nice environment. The leaves were turning red when I visited, I can imagine how nice it would be when all leaf turns red. The facility is very simple and rustic. I could enjoy and relax in such beautiful environment. The staff was very nice and I felt welcomed. I had trouble with the in-door hotspring and the staff could help fix it and followed through. I admire the owner came to welcome us during meal time and sent...

「Great Services, and onsen with sulphur is a great plus」

「The hot spring inside the hotel is relatively clean and acceptable, but the hot spring open to other guests is extremely unclean! Breakfast and dinner are average. Staff are friendly.」
