「This was advertised as having a kitchen. Kitchen facilities are in another building that are communal. The other option is to rent a gas burner. Everything is extra (e.g. trash, gas burner). Heater for room kept turning off. Barely enough space for 3 futons. Japanese communal bathrooms near bungalows, western style in main building. We only stayed one of the two nights booked even though we did not get a refund.」

"There are stairs in the entrance, please make sure your family can handle. Besides that, 100 points! Staff are really able to help and nice. We’ve booked standard room but like a VIP Public Onsen is reasonable size and great Standard room is quite big, new and clean Dinner was excellent, breakfast good It is not easy to get there if you don’t drive"
