직원분들은 대체로 친절 했으나 석식 조식을 가져가 주시는 나이 많은 여직원분은 친절하지 않았음 가이세키와 조식은 아쉬웠지만 평을 보고 감 안하고 간것이라 괜찮았고 동네자체가 너무 이쁘고 제대로 힐링이었다 아마가세 자체가 너무나 이쁘고 역에 계신 아주머니 직원분 넘넘 친절하셨고 그분이 아마가게의 좋은 기억이 8할 이상 하신듯,! 송영버스는 미리 예약하지 않아도 역에 도착하면 그 직원분께서 숙소로 전화해주신다

남,여 스파 다 깨끗하고 야외온천 좋았어요. 직원분들 친절하시고 프리이버시한 식사시간 정말 좋았구요. 음식도 훌륭했습니다. 조식도 맛있었구요.
