Luxurious beautiful stay

Enjoyed our luxurious stay. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The property and area are beautiful. We booked a room with a private bath to add to the luxury. Also a bit shy being westerners so got to enjoy a lot of baths without feeling uncomfortable. Food was good and presentation was gorgeous. Almost too much for us but that seems to be standard with kaiseki meals!

We spent two nights at Miyama Sanso after a whirlwind 10 days making our way west from Tokyo. It was the perfect retreat after many days on our feet. The facilities are spotless and the property itself is gorgeous. Beyond the tranquility and picturesque surroundings, the warm, kind, and attentive staff made our stay all the more pleasant and relaxing. They made sure to arrange for transport to and from the hotel and planned an excursion for guests to the main area of Kurokawa Onsen. They also went above and beyond to accommodate our challenging dietary restrictions and made sure we always had a delicious selection of dishes during meals, which elevated the experience. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. I look forward to returning!

30年程前に山みず木に宿泊、別邸の深山山荘は初めて　夕飯時に同日の宿泊者が多かった事がわかってビックリしたほど、とても静かで隣接の音も全く聞こえずゆっくり部屋や大浴場も楽しめた 部屋風呂と川沿いの庭も素晴らしい、部屋も広く快適に過ごせた 夕食は口コミ等、あまり表記も少なかったので期待せずに伺いましたが、味、内容の配慮、量、全てに大満足でした

너무좋았어요 경치도 예쁘고 방도 넓고깨끗 직원분들도 너무 친절하고 가이세키 맛도 좋고 깔끔! 알러지와 날것을 못먹는 아내를 위한 요리등 배려해주셔서 감사했습니다 유황온천 덕분인지 피부도 너무 보드랍고 가려움증이 많던 피부였는데 구로카와에서 숙박하는동안 한번도 가려웠던적이없었어요!! 정말 행복한 여행이었습니다😺

AMAZING!

The whole experience in this onsen hotel is PERFECT! We were greeted by friendly staff when our car just entreated the hotel area, and we were served with hot matcha and tasted snacks. Staff has been very friendly and helpful with great hospitality. The onsen resort only got a few rooms, which provided privacy and calmness. You can use the onsen at the other sister hotel as well. Food was really nice. Private onsen was available inside your house as well. After all, we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back!

2回目の宿泊でした。内風呂があるほか宿泊した部屋には露天もあり他人に気兼ねすることなくゆっくりできました。深山山荘専用の大浴場のほか山みず木の方の露天も利用できるので滞在中いろいろな湯舟を体験でき満足です。 記念日ということでサプライズにもきめ細やかにご協力いただけとても良い思い出になりました。来年もまたこちらにお邪魔できればと思います。

완벽한 서비스와 아침, 저녁식사. 매우 조용하며, 매우 청결하다. 젋은사람보다 다소 나이든 부부의 완벽한 휴식을 제공한다. 대중교통 이용 불편하지만 깊은 산속에 유황냄새나는 료칸이다.
