「Rooms are clean」

「For a 8 year old property i found it to be clean and maintained. I was impressed with the staff. Breakfast was on time and refilled multiple times. Even though working further away i extended my stay in this Fairfield.」

「I liked that it was clean, and the staff was nice, but there was bed bugs in my room, I have my legs all with bites, they gave me another romm , but I was all bitten slready, I’m goig to the Dr do she can look at them, it’s a lot of bites, I think the bugs are in the pillows.」

「The A/C made the room feel sticky and humid, no proper ventilation in my opinion, it was basically a fan attached to the side of the wall, could tell it was old because every time it came on it released a weird smell, also the pillows were not that comfortable, very bland, no neck support, made sleeping pretty rough…but other than that everything else was great」

「I was amazed at how beautiful this hotel is. The location is nice and in a parking lot with several restaurants- also across the highway from Buc-ees. My suite was amazing! I could not figure out the thermostat and reached out to the front desk and they helped immediately. I did have some trouble with the TVs, but that didn't bother me too much. The breakfast options were great, and the waffles, in the shape of Texas, were both fun and tasted delicious. All staff were so helpful and kind. I...
