「This hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful and pay attention to everyone. I never had to wait for a response- they were on the ball. It was nice to receive 2 free drinks at the bar- they were absolutely slammed but I still got my order. And breakfast? Best hotel breakfast I have had! The variety was vast and even the fresh waffles you cook yourself were a winner! We will definitely stay again!!」

The key cards did not work when we got them, so I went back downstairs and the guy told me it’s normal for them to not work and you have to repetitively slide them in and out for about a minute before it will unlock. The only rough caveat - and it’s a big one but one I’m unsure of - is I had a late check out and as soon as I left to take some stuff to my car the house cleaning staff was in my room when I came back before I had taken all my stuff out . 「The first room i was given had a broken toilet seat. The door of the second room was not properly aligned to the frame as light shines through 0n the side of the door. Breakfast was very unimpressive. I didn’t expect a 4 star experience but I doubt that I will use a Wyndom facility in the future.」

「When we arrived our Expedia reservation had not transferred over to the hotel. The staff kept saying it was a computer issue on their end. They had us wait for 15 min before they told us they had no clue how long it would take. We had somewhere to be and needed to shower and get ready. They were rude and less than helpful.
