The room itself was OK. The staff for the most part were fine however, I as a handicap person found the facilities for handicap people lacking . I purposely booked this room because it was promoted as having a shower bench specifically however when I checked in, they had no shower chair or bench. When I pressed them on this saying that it was advertised, the manager responded by saying that they don’t offer it there and it was the fault of Expedia not them. to that I responded well while that may be true. It is your name being put out there and she responded by saying well they do have handrailings at which point I had to explain to her that I am an amputee And I have to remove my prosthetic in order to shower now I’m having to share my medical history with two other people that were there whom I don’t know besides the manager. What really upset me is that she didn’t even bother to call one of the other Marriott hotels and ask do you have a shower chair that you can go ahead and perhaps drive on over or have the one of my employees go pick up? She just kept apologizing profusely. She was very nice about it understood however that didn’t change my experience I was visiting so I had no vehicle to go buy me a chair. Luckily I was able to find someone to help me out. Also everything was charged there was no free breakfast and or Wi-Fi. I had to pay for the Wi-Fi for the prices you’re charging seriously I don’t think I’ll be staying there again

This was a great choice! Kiki at the front greeted me right away, was so wonderful to talk to, she even accomodated by being able to check-in early. Hotel is open, bright, inviting and clean. Parking lot was brightly lit and the room and bathroom were so clean and amazing. Not sure abkut hot tib, breakfast, pool etc as we did not partake but I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The room had small water damage by the window and bed was too soft for my preference. We were there for only one night. Great location. Great staff. Overall great experience. Would stay again. Room was spacious. No free breakfast.

Overall the hotel was clean but the room we requested, and paid for, was not given. I’m in a wheelchair currently and needed accessible with a roll-in shower which was available King (less bed= more room to move as needed) when I booked 3+ weeks ahead of time. When we got there this was not available and we had to go with double queen with a tub chair. These do not work well for all people based on mobility, etc. and no other option was given as they said all 6 or so of their other rooms were occupied even when we arrived only 35 minutes after check-in on a Wednesday. I realize things can happen but this was a huge mess up on their part in overbooking accessibility needs. I requested to speak to a manager to voice my concerns as well as also talk about the difference in room price as there was one (I had paid more), and was told one wasn’t on site until the morning. I left a message for them to call me and that still has not happen. Overall, if you need a clean place to sleep then enjoy. If you need an accessible hotel stay, don’t count your chickens before the hatch.

Caution before booking at this location

Person at checkin asked intrusive questions that made me feel uncomfortable. I live in the same area and he asked about why I was staying there and I felt that was inappropriate to ask. I also experienced a large and unreasonable cleaning fee due to an unexpected health issue that unfortunately happened while I was sleeping. Very embarrassing for me and will not return to this property.
