The room was great but was saddened that no one ever called me back or emailed me. I wanted champagne waiting for my wife. It was her birthday weekend. We drove over 5 hours. Unacceptable. Better late than never I guess but that wasn’t the point!

I would have given 5 stars but the microwave in the room didn't work. After maintenance came to fix it, it still didn't work. Everything else was wonderful during the dtay.

Southlake is where family lives, so this was not our first trip. Getting around the area is easy, whether on surface streets or expressways, and the area is always clean.
Great weekend staycation.
The Southlake Town Center is incredible! Tons of shopping, great selection of food, and a safe environment.
I love that this hotel is in the Southlake town square, so there are lots of shopping and dining options near by. There is a restaurant in the hotel called Copeland's, that's always a lovely option for a date night out.
Not a lot around. Need to drive to get to things.
