"Great place to stay while in transit. It's very clean and very well kept. The staff and managent are absolutely great and love a good laugh {me, too). We stayed in room 301 (very end of the hall on the third floor). Room is super large, even echoey it's so large. The down side of this is the noise does transfer to the hallways and can be disruptive. The bed was up to my high standards. One thing I love about HIE. Always a comfy mattress to sleep on. The breakfast was actually pretty tasty. Glad we got to try it. The tv channel selection is excellent (Spectrum). Got both HBO and Cinemax. Now, if you need to stay more than one night, you should consider the following: Network speed at our room location was 6Mbps. Not 600. Just 6. We couldn't watch anything in streaming form. The signal increased to 175Mbps around the center of the hotel. Overall, a nice place to stay if you don't need the Internet for work."

"Average room. Seemed clean. Minor annoyances such as bathroom door would not stay closed. Dresser drawer would not stay closed but shower door would not stay open and slammed shut if not paying attention. Staff was polite grounds clean decent area."
