"Staff exceptional helpful and the hotel is in a great place to visit the old town and the restaurants and bars in the Jewish quarter. Hotel staff allowed us in the restaurant 20 minutes before it opened when we had an early morning start twice. Excellent customer service. "

"I booked a one night stay here due to my super early flight home the next day and was very pleased. Room was clean and fresh and the beds were firm and comfortable. Wifi worked well, tv had a decent amount of English programming. Bathroom was clean and water pressure was great. The floor was also quiet. Hotel provided a glass bottle for distilled water which we can fill up via dispenser by the elevators. We had some late night eats at the lobby bar and although the bar menu was super limited both the food and drink were very good. Front desk was nice and courteous and provided quick service. All in all very satisfied with my stay, highly recommend this hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Was a little loud at night but didn't really bother us that much. Everything we wanted to do and had booked was all within walking distance from the hotel. Not our typical kind of breakfast but overall we were happy with everything on our trip :-)"
