Lovely hotel easy to get to from airport & very central to getting round krakow .Room was lovely very clean with everything you needed .Had a lovely meal via room service on first night & very good price .Was very quiet to although was very central .Another plus was the superb shopping centre literally 100 yards away .Would highly recommend thank you

Friendly staff. Quick check in. The room was clean, had a kettle and free tea/coffee. The bath room was a good size with a bath which was nice. Could have done with some drawers. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection.

My wife and I have passed on may visits to Krakow and stayed a few nights for our Christmas visit. Vienna House is a grea, modern hotel situated beside the main station and Galeria Krakowska with all transport stops directly outside, an ideal location! Krakow stare Miasto is only a 10 minute walk away. There is everything you need within walking distance. The rooms are very well equipped and cosy with everything you need including a fantastic shower. The restaurant has a great selection and staff are friendly. Highly recommended!

I always stay here individually or with groups when in Krakow. Location is perfect for short talk to old town and all the sites or to the tram to other districts. Amazing staff, outstanding breakfast. Clean and comfortable.

Lovely hotel in a really handy location, close to the station and shopping centre, and a short walk to the historic centre. Breakfast was great - good variety of quality food and attentive and friendly staff. Went to the bar on a couple of occasions but found the range of drinks (especially wine) and service a little disappointing. Overall a great hotel in a great location.

This is an excellent hotel to stay at because you are so close to the train station which has connection to anywhere you want to go. Very walkable area, lots of public transportation, and safe. The hotel has high quality rooms, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast. I would certainly stay again.
