"Dated property. Looks nice from exterior but rooms showing their age. Elevator didn’t work during entire visit. Can’t beat proximity to gondola though. "

"The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast offered is average, it would be nice to have hot water or coffee available during the day (would rather not have to use room machines) The gym equipment was old and not working properly. "

"The staff made our visit. Everyone was so lovely, welcoming, helpful, and understanding. The room was beautifully renovated. The eton mess tart was the best dessert I’ve ever eaten. The property was gorgeous, we hope to be back in the summer!"
