「The room is neat and clean, the transportation is convenient, and the shopping is convenient! But there is no microwave oven, you can see the sea 🌊 falling asleep listening to the sound of the waves at night, I like it very much」

「Everything is just the average. The hotel just has one restaurant running 24hrs with poor service and ordinary taste.」

「Property and staff were great. You will need a car if you want to go anywhere on the island as the location is 40 mins north of Kona. There is a shuttle that will take you to some nearby shops and another hotel in the same area which was nice. Gold level is well worth it and the staff really took care of us the entire stay. Would definitely stay here again!!!!」
