"This hotel offers excellent amenities and staff service was great! It is located outside of the busier tourist areas in Osaka, which is exactly what we wanted. There is a Family Mart on the street level of the hotel as well as a bakery which seemed to be frequented by the locals. One of the train lines is located at street level, and the other station is about a 7-10 min walk away. Our room was clean, and on the smaller side compared to Tokyo, but this is to be expected. Our room was tidied daily, and this service was good. Front desk staff offered the best service, and the hotel amenities included face masks. Overall, this hotel fit our family’s travel needs and we will likely stay here again. "

"We loved this hotel! Our room was huge (twin + bunk beds), the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the property is beautiful. The only tiny downside is the location. It's in a business area so there aren't a ton of reataurants, but if you're willing to walk a few blocks you'll have lots to choose from. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was beautiful and it had an amazing view. I will definitely be coming back. It is in a very convenient location. Only two to three blocks from the train station, there are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the area. The staff from day one was kind and helpful. On our last day at check out, I was having trouble using the forwarding luggage service was a little embarrassed "
