"Close to Joshua Tree National Park. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property was quiet, it may have been off season. I enjoyed night sky viewing in the little area behind the pool."

"An unrenovated old motel that feels safe and decent, just shabby. Definitely not of value when price goes above $100."

"The staff was helpful, the room was clean, water was hot in the morning, all these are good things. However we arrived late from travel for a Sunday at check in about 4 PM and the in house restaurant apparently is closed on Sunday's and Mondays, so we were out of luck with that regard. Initially told that the next door property had a coffee shop but it was closed also. We didn't use pool or hot tub only because we were passing through, however it looked clean and in good shape. The bed was OK, the AC slightly noisy, so we turned it off. Overall Better than some, not as Good as others, but considering the price we're giving others the choice to decide on their own. Parking and security was Good and FREE."
