「They have truly thought of everything at the Yellow Barn Estate. Heaven is in the details. Spacious room; soft towels; plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion; kitchen in which everything you might need is available; heartwarming shared spaces. This will be my top choice going forward for stays in the Ithaca area.」

「Staff was amazing, and communication during and after booking was excellent. The building (built in 1830) was excellently maintained, and furnishings/decor struck the perfect balance between period and modern. The included breakfast was cooked and served in the upstairs dining room (former ballroom/meeting room). Parking was adequate and on site. 「My boyfriend and I have stayed in the yurts a few times and we love it. It’s quiet, right on the lake. The cell reception is minimal (which is a nice break for the both of us) we absolutely love it here. It’s a short drive to penn yan for coffee or shopping or ice cream. Neither of us are drinkers but if you like wine, there are also several wineries nearby. Overall this is a great little getaway that we will keep coming back to. 」
