Staff were courteous and welcoming. Great location! The room was spacious and comfortable, clean bed and clean bathroom, "but"... carpet floor in the room was d-i-r-t-y/filthy, reason i noticed is because my earing fell off, when looking for it, it's when i realized the conditions of it, makes you wonder how often the rooms are vacuumed.

We have stayed there for many years. This time there were a number of issues: no safe in the room, driveway and parking lot were basically rubble, uneven tile on the bathroom floor that we tripped on numerous times, shower curtain would not close, they only cleaned the room every three days, and we asked for sheets for the hide-away bed and they had stains on them,

The property was clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, the breakfast was just okay. For $300 a night, I had higher expectations. It seems that this property is in high demand, which explains the high rates, but the services and amenities don’t match the price. The evening coffee was not fresh, and the cookies just ok and were store-bought.

The pros..location to Ithaca College, good breakfast and cleanliness. The cons...the parking lot is a big pothole,the carpets and funiture are tired and need replacing, toilets have no pressure and barely flush and there are no usb ports working to charge phones.

Check in was easy. Breakfast was fine. The staff are kind. The price for our stay was rather high given it was a busy college weekend, so I was disappointed in the room itself. The room was clean, however the furnishing are very worn, carpet didn't seem clean, and the shower just needs an update. Overall the hotel is fine, but definitely not worth the nightly price.
