「You will see in other reviews the check-in process is very poorly rated and it is well earned. There were multiple problems with check in and their customer service was not replying. After the stay I was charged for something I did not use and I could not get a response despite multiple emails and telephone calls.
The room was just fine nothing special, bed worn down. Customer service...well there is none.」

「The room was clean and very spacious . There’s everything in the kitchen but bring your own soap and shampoo. It wasn’t provided.
The person responsible met me promptly. It was more quiet than a hotel where you hear usually other guest slamming their doors. I slept very well, even if it’s right in the middle of downtown Toronto.」

「I didn't actually stay at Movenpick but the owners recognized a problem in the unit and moved me to a much better location. They were very helpful and the new place was very clean, closer to Rogers Centre and had everything you need. The only issue there was that the bathroom light wouldn't stay on. They tried to fix it but there were o maintenance staff available to do the job. Overall though, I'd book that place again. 」
