"Ok the room was clean but it smelled like Frabrease. The toilet sometimes did not fill up. The bed was great but you were not offered extra pillows and they were needed. The staff is over worked and did not have the time to provide the level of services I am used to getting. The breakfast at first glance at $16 per person seemed high for a buffet but the variety and freshness of the food was well worth the money. It is located next door to some great restaurants so that was really convenient. I would recommend this hotel."

"I was disappointed with the customer service during my stay. The hotel staff were not welcoming and rarely smiled when interacting with guests. In addition, it was very difficult to reach the front desk, as phone calls often went unanswered when assistance was needed. Good customer service is an important part of the guest experience, and unfortunately, I felt that the level of service provided did not meet expectations. I hope management will address these issues and improve staff responsiveness and guest relations."
