「The room it self would have been amazing if we didnt come into a bathroom sink that when turned on exploded water everywhere and that was not an exaggeration it was coming out of every where and we were unable to use it. We got toilet paper that appeared to been soaked in water and then dried and placed in the bathroom, it was not useable. Our TV/cable did not work at all. When we tried to call down stairs the phone had not one cord connected into it nor was there any in the room for it. When...

「If you want to wake up at 2:30am, then at 3:30am with a truck running its engine and beaming its lights into your room then this is your place. At least have black out curtains as opposed to flimsy blinds that don't really do anything. Another idea would be to post a sign on the outside wall that says no idling and turn lights off.」

「The room in my first stay on 10 May was very good and I have left a good review for the hotel . My second stay on 16 May however, was far from satisfactory . I still remember the room is 212 near the elevator which was not an issue . The issue is , the room was dirty and despair. 「The hotel charged $30 per night for the parking. Room key was used to scan to the parking lot. If the customer didn't park at the hotel, why they had to be charged for the parking? Those front desk employees were not honest. 」

「Shuttle bus pick up from the airport was poor. Driver's attitude was unsatisfactory. I have waited for almost an hour for the shuttle bus with three calls. Beware of dropping your items under the TV and behind the cabinet, the gap was big and it was dusty inside.」
