The staff is extremely accommodating, and very friendly. Not to mention, any accommodations needed - food, self care essentials, etc are a 2 minute walk away across the street. I have stayed here now on a few different occasions, and the experience has always been awesome. Would highly recommend to all, I can’t express enough how great the experience has been, and I’ll personally, certainly be back. If I could give 10 stars I would, it’s an absolutely exceptional hotel.

Everything was good. Free water bottles where provided 24hr. The only issue I experienced was that Coffee machine in my room was very dirty!! This turned me off for drinking coffee at the hotel and made me switch to Tim Hortons!

I have seen very opposite reviews online, I had never heard of that hotel before, so I was very curious to go and try it. Overall, I would say it sits closer to 4/5 than a 3/5 review, but because I was fairly attentive to details as I wanted to confirm if this is a place worth coming back. First of, for the staff, I would actually give a 5/5 (or 5 stars). Very welcoming and friendly. Made me feel welcome! Cleanliness at first appeared a good 4 to 5 out of 5... but when you look well, some details make you feel like it could have be done better. A bit strong cleaning products scent bit in the lobby and corridor at my floor. Some surfaces, like in the elevator, felt like it was wiped out with a dirty rag, therefore leaving some visible streaks on surfaces. The same could be observed on windows, in the bathroom (both mirror and shower glass walls and doors. Carpets in common areas could be better vacuumed. Wallpaper lifting at seams in the room. Small shampoo bottle in the shower seemed like it was already used and not replaced. No mattress protector under the sheets (not great for hygiene and preventing bed mites transmission) Nice furniture in general, but Queen-size bed way too.soft. Nice to have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. While these details may seems like it is a harsh review and gives a feeling of poor cleanliness, these are details from a thorough observation. Would I go back? Definitely. The great price and staff is the main factor.
