First room was terrible with big stain on the floor. Asked to change rooms and they did it and next room was ok but didn’t felt good laying on the bed cover my self with my own small blanket that I travel with. The clientele was something else. Would not go back even though the management was ok in accommodating me

It was a nice room and decent fridge and microwave which was handy. A little more effort on cleaning needs to be put forth however.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. The place looked more like a rundown hookup spot than a proper hotel. The sheets were dirty, the sofa bed was broken, and the bathroom had mildew. It was disgusting and made me feel completely uncomfortable. The receptionist was always asleep at the desk, and when awake, came off as rude and unhelpful. Overall, a very unpleasant and distasteful experience — I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The elevator smell is terrible, every time you walk in the smell never seems to go away,, your lucky if you don’t pass out in there on your way to your room,, thankfully that smell was not in the room or we would’ve needed to leave.

This was a nice property and stay. I have stayed in a lot worse facilities. You are only really there to sleep. What folks about limited parking is accurate, it just means you park in the adjacent plaza. What folks say about the odor is accurate. There is a distinct scent which that is abundant in third floor hallway. It may be cultural versus drugs. There is nothing unsafe that I saw around facility. It is just industrial. ( this is not like a large US city that can have unsafe areas with gangs and guns) Other than that, it is a nice modern facility at a good price and location that is easy to navigate to other areas of Toronto.

The location is not ideal as it is located on a corner of a very busy intersection. The parking lot is very small, difficult to turn into parking spaces which are very narrow, and could hardly open or close my vehicle doors. The staff assigned us a room located off of the lobby which was very noisy and we couldn't sleep well. They serve instant coffee with powdered cream which I do not consume, ever because it's gross. They only offer snack foods such as chips, candy bars, bottled water and soda pop at a premium price onsite. The hotel itself is nicely renovated inside and the bed is comfortable. I had to request toilet paper as there was none in the room when we arrived. The room has a TV, but no cable service. You can only use streaming services which you have to use your own account to sign up/login into. Then came the biggest issue. I tried to take a shower and then discovered no hot water!!!! I went to the front desk and reported it, but all the front desk attendant did is write it down and said they will have someone look into it. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but we only stayed the one night, checked out early and went to another hotel in the area for the rest of our stay. Terrible place. Shouldn't even be listed on Expedia. Very disappointed and now questioning my faith and trust in Expedia.

Couldn't find the property entrance until I circled around it twice.. seems like a ramp for trucks to unload, but thats where the entrance finally was.

The hotel seems good with convenient rooms dimensions, clean beds and toilet. But there is a lack of personnel. It was quite obvious that only one staff was on duty on night shift. I had to wait for more than 25 minutes to be attended to. Just one person to handle the entire hotel. Plus, my room a serious moisture on the ceiling. The pool was out of use. The worst is the environment. Birds shelt at the parking and they excret on cars and all the parking. Your will walk on their mess into your car plus that which was left by the birds. Nobody is there to clean the mess : neither on the floor nor on your car.... The hotel management should avoid the profit appetit and hire more staff to make this worth what the building and equipments suggest.

We had a late arrival of 11pm, there is NO parking - we were told to park up the hill in a shopping centers lot. I had put a credit card on file to reserve the room when we arrived we were told “the machines are all down” and that I had to use their ATM to withdraw cash to cover the room in the meantime. Everything felt very sketchy - I was then told I needed a card to put on file for a $200 charge for incidentals - even though their machines were down?! The person at the front desk the proceeded to announce that I had $75 in my bank account and he could see it on his computer. I was mortified. He kept repeating it, and while it wasn’t true it was embarrassing as I was on a get a way with someone I was newly dating. So he somehow was able to charge my card for the incidentals, got my cash from the ATM and then charged my card on file for the night. I was livid but it was 11pm in another country and we had traveled all day. We got to the room and there were bugs in the bathroom. We were also told that because the machines were down that the key card/locks on the doors didn’t work and we’d have to find someone to let us into our room each time we needed to leave. We left bright and early the next day. Never again will we stay at this hotel. There is a restaurant across the street named fukery - it all made sense.

Bed was worn out and the room smelled of dirty feet. Time to change or shampoo the carpet and the AC filter. I would not stay there agsin!

Both ice machines do not work on either floor. This was extremely inconvenient. The pool is never in service. The elevator smelt very strange and off putting. Pigeons nesting all around property. Room was good, but small things add up.

There is a lot of pigeon poop all front of property, parked my vehicle the sheltered area of parking lot , came down in the morning ,there was pigeon poop all over my vehicle.Told the front desk, didn't bother them. Will never go back there, its more of a motel than hotel.
