This isnt a review on the frontdesk. He really did try his best. The ac doesnt work. The pillows feel bad. The room is quite old. Importantly* i forgot some clothes in the room there and woodbine wouldn't answer my calls. If you call them with a. new number they answer tell you to call back but would never call again.

In our initial room the air conditioning was not working. Upon notifying the front desk, staff arrived and determined that it was in fact not workiing. He immediately arranged for a new room for us. All was well then.

Although the room itself was comfortable, check in/out were efficient, and the staff were very pleasant to work with there were a few key details I would like to note. The windows in the room could not open, if anything (like a fire) prevented us from leaving through the room door, we would’ve been stuck inside the building. Additionally, there were weird drilling sounds that continued until about 2am. Finally, the bathroom wasn’t really clean when we arrived. It was very dusty, there was hair in the shower (definitely not ours), and the hair dryer looks so caked with dust and debris that we didn’t use it (looked like a fire hazard).

We stayed 2 nights and it was the worst experience. When you get in the room, it smells like dirty feet. We had the air conditioner down to 66 and it still wasn’t very cool. The faucet for the sink in the bathroom was crooked and the handle was loose. The shower head was rusted and the handle on the faucet for the tub was loose. The was a rack for the towels in the tub/shower and it was dirty all through our stay. The was an old soap bar stuck in the corner. The bed had a very hard mattress and was so uncomfortable. The pillows… not sure you can even call them that. I’m glad we brought our own. I will never book a stay here again.

Pas de fan dans la chambre , pas de serviette , les cartes qui se démagnétise à chaque jour , déjeuner Boff, se faire déranger sans arrêt par une personne âgée qui dit travailler la mais qui viens nous parler à la salle à manger sans arrêt , même les autres membres du personnel le trouve “weird” . Je ne recommande pas
