「Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing is that if you leave something on your bed, the housekeeper is not allowed by the local law to touch it.」

However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. 「Outstanding guest service! Every person on staff that we encountered was friendly and positive. Very refreshing for someone that works in the hospitality industry and doesn’t always receive such a welcoming spirit. Room was just what we needed fir our 1 night stay.」

「We were in town to drop of our niece to college. The staff was amazing and so sweet to our whole family. My 15 month son loved waving hi to everyone and pushing the button for the elevator. Our room was spacious, clean and relatively safe for our little kiddo. We will stay here again when visiting our niece at college. 」

「唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這」
